2. Services & Appointments

2.1 Booking Services

You may request services through our website, email, or by phone. All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.

2.2 Service Descriptions

We aim to describe our services as accurately as possible. However, we reserve the right to modify service content or pricing without notice. All work is carried out in line with industry best practices.

2.3 Access & Property Requirements

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property at the agreed time. It is your responsibility to notify us of:

Any fragile areas or surfaces
Access limitations (e.g. locked gates)
Use of rainwater harvesting systems or special fixtures

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Quotes

All quotes are free and non-binding until confirmed in writing. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer or cash. Invoices will be issued upon request.

3.3 Late Payments

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a call-out fee.

In rare cases (e.g. severe weather), we may reschedule your service at no additional cost.

5. Liability

5.1 Insurance

We carry public liability insurance for all cleaning services provided.

5.2 Damage

While we take great care, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing defects, damage or deterioration
Issues arising from insufficient maintenance
Discolouration of materials that are beyond restoration

Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service.

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Submit false or misleading information via our forms
